Genovis AB IgGZERO (EndoS)
Endoglycosidases useful for the analysis and evaluation of antibody drugs and ADCs (antibody-drug conjugates) including biosimilars.
IgGZERO (EndoS) is an endoglycosidase derived from Streptococcus pyogenes that hydrolyzes the N-linked glycans in the Fc region of IgG. It is useful for reducing complexity through rapid deglycosylation of IgG and inactivating the effector functions of the Fc region. This enzyme deglycosylates IgG from various animal species, including human IgG (all subclasses), as well as IgG from mice, rats, monkeys, sheep, goats, cows, and horses. The enzyme specifically hydrolyzes only the glycans in the Fc region of IgG, even in the presence of other glycosylated proteins in solution. It is expressed and produced in E. coli, contains a His tag, and has a molecular weight of 110 kDa. Genovis actively holds web meetings and seminars.
